In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition.

Cost of return shipping must be covered by purchaser. You purchased Item must be shipped to SEA PONY COUTURE  within 14 days upon  the noted date of delivery on the USPS tracking.

Please note: Each inlay piece takes on average 3 hours to 6 hours to create in total. The inlay process is completed over several full studio days. Please take the time to consider the reason that you may be returning this art.
