Made-to-Order Refunds

To receive a full refund on Made-to-Order items, jewelry must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date noted on USPS tracking.

All orders are shipped "ready to gift." Each package includes care instructions, a business card with an automatic discount code, and a jewelry gift box.

Bespoke Piece Agreement

At Sea Pony Couture, every bespoke piece is a collaboration between maker and wearer — crafted exclusively for you, by hand, with intention. To protect the integrity of that process and ensure confidence in your investment, please review the following before commissioning your piece.

What is a Bespoke Piece?

A bespoke piece is any jewelry made specifically to your unique specifications, including but not limited to: changes to stones, colors, materials, or setting shape; custom inlay designs; personalized or commissioned one-of-a-kind pieces; or any item requiring a deposit prior to production. Bespoke pieces are created exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

All bespoke pieces are final sale. By placing a deposit or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your deposit — equal to half the total retail price — is non-refundable, as it covers materials, studio time, and design work dedicated to your piece.
  • Because your piece is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, no refunds or chargebacks will be honored once work has begun.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your completed piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit equal to half the retail price (the remaining balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit).
  • Store credit is issued only if the piece is returned in its original condition.

Please note: Each inlay piece takes an average of 3 to 6 hours to create, with the inlay process spread over several studio days. This handcrafted process is what makes each piece truly one of a kind.

5-Day Inlay Immersion — Registration & Cancellation Policy

This section applies to immersion registrations only and governs your deposit refund eligibility.

New Students (Total: $1,250 | Deposit: $625)

  • Cancellation on or before September 17, 2026 — deposit fully refundable ($625)
  • Cancellation on or before September 24, 2026 — deposit 75% refundable ($468.75)
  • Cancellation after September 30, 2026 — deposit is non-refundable

Returning Students (Total: $1,000 | Deposit: $500)

  • Cancellation on or before September 17, 2026 — deposit fully refundable ($500)
  • Cancellation on or before September 24, 2026 — deposit 75% refundable ($375)
  • Cancellation after September 30, 2026 — deposit is non-refundable

To request a cancellation, please reply to your original acceptance email at your earliest convenience.

This class requires a minimum of 3 students to run. If that minimum isn't met, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

The Language of Stone — Lecture & Q&A

This section applies to lecture ticket purchases only.

All lecture registrations are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, your ticket is non-transferable unless otherwise arranged directly with Sea Pony Couture.

This agreement applies to all orders and registrations placed through Sea Pony Couture. By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms above.
