General Shipping: Please allow one week for shipping and handling of Ready-to-Ship items to be dispatched after placing your order.

Made-to-order: To receive a full refund on Made-to-order items, jewelry must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition. The purchaser must cover the cost of return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date noted on the USPS tracking.

Gift Receipts + Gift Wrapping: All orders are shipped “ready to gift.” Each package includes care instructions, a business card with an automatic discount code, and a jewelry gift box.

Ready to Ship Refunds: To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition. The purchaser must cover the cost of return shipping. The item must be shipped to our PO box within 14 days of the delivery date noted on the USPS tracking.

Custom Order Returns: If you have commissioned a custom piece of jewelry and are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, you may return the jewelry for store credit equivalent to the retail price of the piece, minus the half-down deposit fee. The deposit is retained, and store credit is issued. The deposit it retained to cover materials and time.

Please note: Each inlay piece takes an average of 3 to 6 hours to create in total, with the inlay process spread over several studio days to complete.
