General Shipping: Please allow one week for shipping and handling of Ready-to-Ship items to be dispatched after placing your order.

Made-to-Order: To receive a full refund on Made-to-Order items, jewelry must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date noted on USPS tracking.

Gift Receipts + Gift Wrapping: All orders are shipped "ready to gift." Each package includes care instructions, a business card with an automatic discount code, and a jewelry gift box.

Bespoke Piece Agreement

At Sea Pony Couture, every bespoke piece is a collaboration between maker and wearer — crafted exclusively for you, by hand, with intention. To protect the integrity of that process and ensure confidence in your investment, please review the following agreement before commissioning your piece.

What is a Bespoke Piece?
A bespoke piece is any jewelry made specifically to your unique specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes to stones, colors, materials, or the shape of the setting
  • Custom inlay designs
  • Personalized or commissioned one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Any item requiring a deposit prior to production

Bespoke pieces are created exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

All bespoke pieces are final sale. By placing a deposit or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your deposit — equal to half the total retail price — is non-refundable, as it covers materials, studio time, and design work dedicated to your piece.
  • Because your piece is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, no refunds or chargebacks will be honored once work has begun.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your completed piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit equal to half the retail price (the remaining balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit).
  • Store credit is issued only if the piece is returned in its original condition.
  • By placing your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Bespoke Piece Agreement.

Please note: Each inlay piece takes an average of 3 to 6 hours to create, with the inlay process spread over several studio days. This handcrafted process is what makes each piece truly one of a kind.
