Shipping & Returns


General Shipping: Please allow three business days for shipping and handling before Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched after your order is placed.

Holiday Shipping: Holiday orders placed between November 15 and December 31 will ship on the following business day after purchase.

Gift Receipts + Gift Wrapping: All orders are shipped “ready to gift.” Each package includes care instructions, a business card with an automatic discount code, and a soft jewelry pouch.

Ready to Ship Refunds: To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in 100% unused and sellable condition. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the purchaser. The item must be shipped to our PO box within 14 days of the delivery date noted on the USPS tracking.

Custom Order Returns: If you have commissioned a custom piece of jewelry and are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a partial refund and return the jewelry for store credit equivalent to the retail price of the piece, minus the custom deposit fee. The deposit is retained, and store credit is issued.

Please note: Each inlay piece takes an average of 3 to 6 hours to create in total, with the inlay process spread over several studio days. Please take a moment to carefully consider your reasons for returning this piece of art.
