When you fulfill an order with a gift card, the customer receives an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.

This gift certificate is valid for up to 1 year after the purchase date.

The current turnaround time for Made-to-order and custom jewelry is 3 weeks.

We utilize priority mail with tracking and insurance through USPS.
