Textures Ring D - Size 7.5 (4-13)

Pieces in this series incorporates cuttlebone casting. The process involves melting down sterling silver scrap metal in a ceramic crucible and pouring it directly into a freshly carved design of the bone, leaving a relief of woodgrain textured silver casted piece. After casted and cleaned, I formed and soldered a sterling ring band to make it wearable. Comfortable and easy to wear.
